Antimicrobial and antioxidant potentials of crude extracts of culturally dissimilar endophytic fungi

چکیده
Endophytes from an unexplored plant such as Spatterdock (SD) Nuphar lutea variegata could be a dependable producer of novel secondary metabolites active against drug resistance organisms. This study explored the diversity fungal endophytes mid-rib (MR) and leaf blade (LB) well antimicrobial antioxidant potentials their metabolites. Morphological features observed showed four species were isolated. A broad-spectrum activity to concentration-dependent was for all crude extracts 1 mg/mL. Crude extract SD-LB3 best antibacterial activities S. aureus P. aeruginosa with minimum inhibitory concentration 0.5 0.25 µg/mL respectively. The capacities better neutralizing effect free radicals compared standard Quercitin.
